# Athlume > Athlume is a personal assistant and success platform for individual NCAA student-athletes. It helps an athlete stay eligible, perform in the classroom, manage money, meet compliance deadlines, and take care of their wellbeing — in one account that belongs to the athlete, not to a school or team. ## What Athlume is Athlume is bought and used by the athlete personally. It is an aid that helps you keep track of the official requirements you already have — NCAA eligibility, progress toward degree, compliance deadlines, financial aid dates — and walks you through them step by step. It covers personal finances in general (budgeting, cost of attendance, scholarships, student loans, FAFSA deadlines, taxes), not only NIL income. Athlume serves two audiences: NCAA student-athletes (dashboard at `/athlete-manager`, with Sebastian, an AI personal assistant) and undergraduate students (dashboard at `/student-manager`, with Thomas, an AI personal assistant). Core areas: academics and progress-toward-degree, NCAA eligibility and compliance, personal finances (budgeting, cost of attendance, scholarships and grants, student loan payoff, FAFSA, NIL and revenue-share income, taxes), planning and scheduling with two-way Google Calendar sync, and health/wellbeing including injury rehab and nutrition. ## What Athlume is not - Not an agent or agency. Athlume never represents athletes, never negotiates on their behalf, and never takes a commission. No exclusivity, no representation clauses. - Not an NIL marketplace or deal-distribution platform. Athlume does not source, broker, or list deals, and is not comparable to roster-wide tools sold to athletic departments. - Not a product sold to teams, coaches, athletic departments, conferences, or schools. There is no coach or administrator dashboard. - Not a replacement for a compliance office or official NCAA resources. It is a preparation and tracking aid. - Not a promise of income. No guaranteed earnings, no appraisals, no sponsorship guarantees. Calculators are educational planning tools. - Not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any conference, or any school. ## Pricing Creating an account and using the core dashboard is free. Sebastian, the full AI personal assistant, is an optional upgrade at $8/month, or $7/month billed yearly ($84/year). No upfront fees are required to see what the platform does. ## Data handling Athlume collects only what the features an athlete uses require: academic records, financial figures, schedule data, and profile details such as sport, school, and division. When an athlete graduates, their account and all associated data are deleted. Deletion can also be requested at any time. Personal data is not sold. Uploading documents is optional — the platform is fully usable with manually entered data. ## Sports and divisions Athlume supports every NCAA sport across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3, for men's and women's programs. Most of the platform (eligibility, academics, budgeting, scheduling, rehab) is unrelated to endorsement income and is used heavily by athletes in non-revenue sports. ## Pages - [Home](/): What Athlume is and who it's for. - [FAQ](/faq): Direct answers on legitimacy, cost, data deletion, and what Athlume is not. - [NCAA Student-Athlete Sign Up](/sign-up/ncaa-athlete): Create a free student-athlete account. - [Undergraduate Sign Up](/sign-up/student): Create an undergraduate student account. - [Sign In](/sign-in): Existing user login. - [NIL Guide](/nil-guide): Plain-English NIL guide for student-athletes. - [Calculators](/advanced-calculator): Free NIL value and degree-value calculators. - [Ambassador Program](/ambassador-program): Student-athlete ambassador program. - [Partnerships](/partnerships): For brands and nonprofits that support student-athletes. - [Careers](/careers): Open roles and internships. - [Contact](/contact): Support and feedback. ## Optional - [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy): Data handling and student-athlete privacy. - [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service): Platform terms. - [Refund Policy](/refund-policy): Subscription refunds. - [Health Data Policy](/health-data-policy): How health and wellbeing data is handled.
